They have been in business for decades because of their great customer satisfaction, quality products, and new and innovative ways to shop. Like Macy’s stores, the online site too offers a variety of brands to choose from. From high-end to pocket-friendly brands this is a one-stop destination for the people of all budgets. There are thousands of brands housed in the online venture with its own clothing line too.
It offers quite a dynamic price range targeting every class of customers. Though a few customer reviews say that they find the Macy’s online store to be a bit costly. They sell original and authentic products, just as the store.
So, we on the basis of a range of products and flexible price range would like to give it a 3.25 Star Rating.
The site offers an easy delivery service. Which takes 3-4 days for domestic shipments and 15-16 days for international shipments. The website states the delivery time frames vary depending on the destination, a more accurate estimate s provided by them during the checkout.
On our personal and other customer’s experience from both in and outside the country, we have not encountered any delays in delivery time. The packages are delivered at the doorstep on time and in proper condition. The customers are quite satisfied with their delivery.
On the basis of delivery time, we would like to give Macy’s 3.75 stars.
The return & exchange policy at Macy’s is satisfactory. With quick pick-ups and swift amount credit into the accounts, the online store is quite agreeable.
One drawback is that the whole return process takes a time 0f 14 days from the pick-up of the returned product to the amount being credited in your account.
You can easily exchange your items within a 30 days framework. But, there are a few restrictions on the list of products that could be exchanged. So, before making purchases do check this out whether that particular product is under their exchange policy or not.
Though it’s quite satisfactory we would like to rate it as 3 stars in terms of their returns and exchange policy.
